In my 30 year career as a psychotherapist I spent eight long years in a community mental health clinic. I validate every word you’ve said. I became quite ill from the stress, but ironically was working there because I couldn’t get health insurance in 2004 due to “preexisting conditions.” Leaving that job the day I had been there long enough to keep the insurance was one of the happiest days of my life. I’ve been thinking of writing some of the stories. Thank you for sharing the truth.
