When most of us think of OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) we imagine repetitive handwashing, checking rituals, obsessive cleaning, or the need to repeat other useless behaviors over and over. This is the only form of OCD that used to be recognized and it’s shown up repeatedly in popular culture, films, and television shows.
