Thank you for your honesty. I’ve noticed hundreds of articles about how to write and engage readers in order to make money. I think people who go in with that mindset will soon find themselves frustrated.

Years ago I decided I would only write when I have something important to say. Since I think a lot, that happens about once a week. I write when I feel passionate about something and I think readers can tell the difference between that and just trying to make a buck.
